Circadian hygiene advice was provided on sleep, meal and exercise timing, and on the best times for exposure to and protection from light (including that coming from mobile phones, tablets and computers).
Some 6000 students joined the Oct 2019 campaign and became over 8000 in the subsequent months. Feedback was extremely positive and results of great interest. The data available up to Dec 2020 have been analysed in detail, also in relation to lock-down and distance learning.
Projects aimed at defining lesson/exam times to maximise performance based on circadian rhythms are getting closer.
